2. Data collected

When ordering we process: name, address, email, optionally phone number, order details. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (contract performance).

3. Payment processors

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin, Ireland) and PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. (22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg). They receive the data required to process the payment.

4. Shipping provider

For delivery we share name and shipping address with DHL Deutsche Post AG.

5. Email delivery

Order confirmations are sent via Resend (https://resend.com). Data processing agreement in place.

6. Server logs

When accessing the site, IP address, browser type, date/time are briefly logged (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR - legitimate interest in secure delivery).

7. Cookies

We set no tracking or marketing cookies. Only technically required session cookies are used by Stripe / PayPal during checkout.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, deletion, restriction and data portability (Art. 15–20 GDPR) as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
