Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed via the clock.band online shop between Lukas Schwarz, An der Koppel 39, 17268 Templin, Germany ("Vendor") and the customer.

2. Formation of contract

Product listings do not constitute a binding offer. Clicking "Buy" and completing payment constitutes a binding offer by the customer. The contract is formed upon our order confirmation by email.

3. Prices and shipping

All prices include statutory VAT (19% in Germany). Shipping is shown at checkout: €4.90 within Germany, €9.90 within the EU.

4. Delivery

Delivery occurs within 5–7 business days after payment via DHL. Delivery is limited to the EU.

5. Payment

Available payment methods: credit card, SEPA direct debit, Klarna and PayPal - processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. and PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.

6. Retention of title

Goods remain the property of the Vendor until paid in full.

7. Warranty

Statutory warranty of 2 years applies. Defects must be reported promptly.

8. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See Return Policy for details.

9. Applicable law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
